Autumn
Welp, summer is officially over and it is just about time to put away the boat and deflate the floaties. School is in full swing and the sun is just a memory…WRONG! While it may not be as hot out as the summer months, UV radiation is still pouring in from the sun. It isn’t as great an amount, but you should still be weary of it. As the leaves start to change and you go on your afternoon walk or work in the garden still put some form of UV protection on your exposed skin. Enjoy the cooler weather and the colors of fall, I know I will.

It’s almost here…
The snow is melting pretty fast up here, it is about time to swap the skis for shorts. Only 81 more days until June 20th, the first day of summer! I hope that you are prepared. I know we are ; )
